Die Fortbildungsstrategie des Multiplikationsprozesses erfreut sich in Lehrkräftefortbildungen, auch im Bereich der sprachlichen Bildung, einer großen Beliebtheit. Studien zur beruflichen Professionalisierung von Multiplikator*innen sind hingegen noch wenige vorhanden. Ausgehend von einem (berufs-)biografischen Professionsansatz werden im vorliegenden Beitrag auf Grundlage biografisch-narrativer Interviews drei Typen von Multiplikator*innen in der Lehrkräftefortbildung im Kontext sprachlicher Bildung rekonstruiert: Typus 1 definiert einen pädagogisch-sozialen Anspruch an Schule und Gesellschaft als zentrales Element des eigenen (berufs-)biografischen Professionsverständnisses. Typus 2 zeigt zuvorderst eine (lebenslange) Leidenschaft für Sprache und sprachliche Bildung, mit der die Tätigkeit als Multiplikator*in in der sprachlichen Bildung begründet wird. Typus 3 entwirft seine (Berufs-)Biografie und damit die Tätigkeit als Multiplikator*in primär als Balanceakt zwischen unterschiedlichen beruflichen und privaten Interessen und Umständen.

The training strategy of the train-the-trainer-model is very popular in teacher training and also in the field of language education. Studies on the professionalization of teacher educators, however, are still marginal. Based on a biographical approach to professionalization, this article reconstructs three types of multipliers in teacher training in the context of language education on the basis of biographical narrative interviews Type 1 defines a pedagogical-social claim to school and society as a central element of their own (professional) biographical professional understanding. Type 2 shows a (lifelong) passion for language and language education, with which the activity as a trainer for language education is justified. Type 3 designs their (professional) biography and thus the activity as a multiplier primarily as a balancing act between different professional and private interests and circumstances.
