Inhalt

Taking the field of inclusion-oriented teacher training research as an example, it can be asked to what extent student teachers are addressed in current research as actors responsible for the implementation of the reform. How a discourse-theoretical approach takes these normative addresses and powerful knowledge productions into account is explored in a study of group discussions with student teachers. The aim of the article is to demonstrate the potential of discourse-theoretical research approaches to the data material ‚linguistic utterances‘ in group discussions in the current field of inclusion-oriented teacher education based on the author’s own study. The methodologically argued contribution introduces the epistemological inter-est of the study, locates it in current discourse-theoretical research and concretises a discourse and hegemony-theoretical analysis of group discussions on inclusion as ’speaking about transformation‘. Linguistic utterances are analysed as situated, discursive, powerful productions of meaning and relational in-relationships of students in the context of normative demands for reform. The potential of discourse-theoretical professionalisation research for the analysis of reform and transformation processes is highlighted.
