Zusammenfassung: Im Rahmen der Internationalen Grundschul-Lese-Untersuchung (IGLU) wurden den beteiligten Lehrkräften Rückmeldungen über den Leistungsstand der von ihnen unterrichteten Kinder im Hinblick auf Leseverständnis-, Mathematik- und Naturwissenschaftsleistungen angeboten. Rund die Hälfte der Lehrkräfte nahm dieses Angebot an – die Rückmeldungen wurden dabei an die Privatadresse der Lehrkräfte gesandt, so dass sie die Ergebnisse nach eigenem Ermessen mit Kollegen oder Vorgesetzten besprechen konnten. Neben der Entwicklung und Gestaltung der in IGLU bereit gestellten Rückmeldungen wird in diesem Beitrag auch deren Rezeption vorgestellt und interpretiert, die anhand eines kurzen, an die Lehrkräfte versandten Fragebogens ermittelt wurde.

Summary: In the course of the German participation in the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study PIRLS (in Germany known by the name of IGLU), teachers were offered a feedback on the performance levels of their pupils in terms of reading, mathematics, and sciences. About half of the teachers made use of this offer and had the respective letters of feedback sent to their home addresses. This was done as a method of privacy in order to leave it up to the teachers to what extend they would like to discuss the performance of their classes with their fellow colleagues or their heads of school. Next to the development and design of the feedback, the paper also presents and analyses the teachers’ opinions on the feedback that were surveyed by the use of a short questionnaire.
